In this role, you'll play a critical part in our journey. As a Maintenance Strategist, you'll focus on enhancing maintenance reliability and reducing costs. Your expertise will help us optimize processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional results.
About the RoleThis is a 2-4 year fixed term position for an experienced industrial maintenance professional. We're looking for someone who can develop and deploy engineering solutions, implement predictive maintenance techniques, and drive cost savings.
You'll work closely with our team to analyze equipment performance, identify areas for improvement, and design effective maintenance strategies. Your knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM methodology, and CMMS systems will be invaluable in this role.
A strong educational background in Engineering is required, along with relevant experience in industrial maintenance and project management. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent problem-solving skills.
What You'll Do- Analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Implement predictive maintenance techniques, such as condition-based monitoring and scheduling, to reduce downtime and increase overall efficiency.
- Design and deploy engineering solutions to optimize maintenance processes, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure seamless implementation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance costs, downtime, and productivity.
We offer a competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition, you'll enjoy:
