Job Description

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst with expertise in capacity planning to join our team. As a key member of the Capacity Planning team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and developing strategic plans to optimize network performance and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate capacity plans for multiple markets, taking into account short-term and long-term forecasts, network strategies, and operational metrics.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement projects, leveraging your analytical and interpersonal skills to drive results.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, leaders, and other centers of excellence.
  • Develop and share best practices across markets to ensure consistent processes and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project outcomes, while maintaining high levels of quality and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contact center planning, with expertise in capacity planning, network strategy, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficient language skills in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and business customs.
