A Typical Day:
You will be responsible for:
- Technical issues resolution through proper troubleshooting guidance.
- Soft skills, guiding users through efficient support at their level, accompanied by courtesy phrases, being empathic, and demonstrating an extraordinary attitude to resolve an issue.
- Working under minimum supervision to follow up with customers/users, reaching a positive service level resolution.
- Collaborating with other areas of IT globally to detect improvement opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a Jr in a similar position.
- English intermediate.
- Experience providing technical support.
- Active Directory, ITIL, VPN.
- Office 365 (Outlook troubleshooting is a must).
- Experience supporting helpdesk tools (DameWare, TalkDesk, or others).
