About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Service Hub Intern at our facilities in Querétaro. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to develop and acquire the skills required for the role through a mentoring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of reports based on visits to our clients
  • Development of solutions and proposals for events and demos
  • Verification of the correct functioning of robotic equipment
  • Inventory control
  • Diagnosis of robotic equipment and, if necessary, repair of robotic equipment
  • Implementation of quality standards
  • Implementation of 5S during activities and processes
  • Collaboration in product demonstrations, tests, analysis, and technical support

Requirements

  • Active student in fields such as Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Robotics, or similar
  • 6 months of experience in: Advanced English proficiency, reading electrical diagrams, design tools like SolidWorks, Inventor, Catia, or similar, programming languages such as C, C++, Python
  • Candidates must graduate no earlier than May 2024

Preferred Requirements

  • Portuguese proficiency
  • Knowledge of PLC programming
  • Java programming knowledge
