Job Description

As a Financial Crime Risk Management Lead, you'll play a critical role in helping us stay ahead of emerging threats and ensure the integrity of our financial systems. You'll lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, and provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and implementing risk management policies and procedures
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with regulators and industry peers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to analyze and optimize risk management processes
  • Providing expert guidance on AML/KYC, fraud detection, and regulatory reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in financial crime risk management, preferably with experience in regulated entities or startups
  • A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation, preferably with SQL and/or Python

A recognized international certification like ACAMS or CFE would be a plus.
