As a Supervisor Stewarding, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Stewards to deliver exceptional Guest and Member experiences while supporting the overall operations of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Team Members

Supervise and train a team of Stewards to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in the Back of House areas.

Coordinate Daily Operations

Coordinate the daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and that health and safety guidelines are followed.

Maintain Cleanliness and Safety Standards

Ensure that all Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, and that cleaning schedules are followed and completed.

Report and Resolve Issues

Report any faults, misused or damaged equipment issues to the Managers, Executive Chef, and/or Chief Engineering, and assist in resolving these issues.

Ensure Compliance with Regulations

Ensure that all team members adhere to all Health and Safety and Hygiene Regulations, and that the correct PPE is in place and guidelines are adhered to.

Requirements
  • Previous Experience

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a supervisory capacity, is highly desirable.

Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and respond to a range of various work situations.
