{"h1": "Import-Export Compliance Manager", "p": "We are seeking an experienced Import-Export Compliance Manager to join our team at the LEGO Group. As a key member of our Import-Export department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shipments and certificates of origin are delivered on time, in the right place, at the appropriate cost, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Your primary focus will be on securing Import-Export operations and successful internal and external International Commerce Audits for TLG companies in Mexico. You will achieve this through strong internal (national and international) and external partners' management, a solid understanding of Import-Export regulations, and functional knowledge of authorities' requirements and internal expectations.

Key responsibilities include: securing a detailed follow-up to International Commerce regulatory modifications, implementation into operations and documentation with a process, simplification, and automation approach; leading and providing the required information, documentation, and explanations timely to the auditors with a critical thinking; driving International Commerce Programs and Certifications Maintenance, such as IMMEX, PROSEC, AEO, IVA-IEPS, etc.; and facilitating that compliance processes have a multidisciplinary and End-to-End approach and are documented according to IMS principles using TLG Tools.

If you have a proven track record of working in IMMEX, PROSEC, CTPAT, AEO, and VAT-IEPS companies in similar positions, and have knowledge of Mexican International Trade Law, Mexican Customs Law, Customs Rules, and experience working with AEO, CTPAT, VAT-IEPS Certification, we encourage you to apply.
