Job Title: Service Network Manager

Role Context:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and management of our networks, including partners, beneficiaries, employees, and public interest groups. Your primary goal will be to effectively engage the community and generate interest in our Foundation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a positive public image and increase awareness of our brand.
  • Organize community building activities and events to foster connections and collaborations among entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
  • Plan and direct the development of programs to promote our organization's agenda and accomplishments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, associations, consultants, and private sector entities.
  • Manage our internal network, including speakers, conferences, and other events.
  • Identify target audiences and develop tailored information to meet their needs.
  • Handle crisis communications and protect our reputation.
  • Prepare and edit organizational publications, including employee newsletters and stockholders' reports.
  • Write press releases and other media communications to promote our organization.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the entrepreneur/start-up ecosystem.
  • Sales and business development experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, PR, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on big strategy plans and day-to-day tasks.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Project and budget management skills.
  • Responds well under pressure with strict time limits.
  • Quick and enthusiastic learner.
