About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join MX001 MARSH MEXICO, AGENTE DE SEGUROS Y DE FIANZAS as a Graduate Program in Insurance and Risk Management. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in the insurance and risk management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client risks and support senior colleagues in advising clients on insurance strategy solutions.
- Contribute with new ideas to improve Marsh's approach with its clients.
- Conduct market research, build sales presentations, and develop sales proposals for prospects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify, evaluate, and negotiate insurance carrier coverage policies to meet client needs.
- Support commercial teams in biddings and renewals.
Requirements:
- Successfully graduated from a BA or BS.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish. Third language is a plus.
- Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Growth mindset.
- Eager to learn from a different industry than what you're normally used to.
