Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and support the development of innovative customer experiences for our commercial customers. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving the acquisition and digital nurturing of leads for Ford Pro in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute omni-channel customer journeys and campaigns to drive lead acquisition and digital nurturing for Ford Pro in North America.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data quality and enrichment, and develop targeted marketing strategies to engage our customers and leads.
- Utilize analytics and optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance and drive business growth.
- Work closely with sales and business teams to ensure alignment and effective lead follow-up processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate findings and solution proposals to Ford Pro management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-centric digital marketing and marketing automation, with a focus on B2B lead management.
- Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably with a certification in Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Proven track record of working with marketing agencies to deliver data-driven journey-based CRM messaging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to make informed decisions.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate and test new ideas and approaches.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Team player and collaborator, with the ability to work well with others and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
