About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Account Manager Director to join our team at Flight Centre Travel Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
    • Design and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and close deals that meet our clients' needs and drive business growth.
  • Lead Regional Sales Strategy
    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to support business growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
