About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at VASS MEXICO. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting the continued use of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the IT sector, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and solutions to maximize the use of Salesforce.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client relationships, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of Salesforce solutions, meeting client needs, and delivering high-quality results.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed reports on client performance, Salesforce usage, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Technical and Commercial Support: Provide technical and commercial support to clients, serving as a liaison between the client and Salesforce support teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Salesforce and related technologies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT sector.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience and certifications in Salesforce (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.).
  • Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and best practices for implementation and optimization.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving results and meeting client needs.
