The User Acquisition Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Marketing Strategist to join our User Acquisition team in Mexico City. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in driving player growth and efficiency across various digital marketing channels.

Your Role

You will independently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize game growth and profitability. This includes strategizing, executing, and continually optimizing mobile campaigns on critical platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Ad Networks, CTV, Influencer marketing, and more. Additionally, you will locate, negotiate, and develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisition. You will also grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe, design and execute A/B & multivariate testing, and present results to related teams. Furthermore, you will contribute winning ad creative ideas, run creative testing, work closely with Marketing to execute on breakthrough creative strategies, and attract new users. Your expertise will be essential in working cross-functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full-view lifecycle marketing.

Your Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates, and LTV predictions. You should have a hunger to be at the forefront of the mobile advertising space and the mobile app market. Experience with emerging trends and ways to diversify and test new strategies across UA, ASO, Organic channels is ideal. Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and collect/share project status and feedback to key stakeholders is necessary. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel are required; SQL is a plus. Direct previous experience in mobile user acquisition, hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads is a plus.
