**About the Role**
Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Incentives Specialist to join our HR division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the compensation process for our sales units across the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Administer sales compensation and incentive plans for sales personnel
* Maintain and update compensation information pertinent to each division
* Verify accuracy and timeliness of payments; submit this information to payroll as requested
* Seek resolution of issues and audit information needed to track performance plans
* Support activities needed for the development, implementation, and administration of incentive programs and policies
* Document sales performance results and present data to management
**Requirements**
* 2 years of experience in a related field
* Advanced Excel skills
* Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills
