Job Summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for delivering commercial aspects of our accounts and coordinating the delivery of products and services aligned to customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Management: Meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account, with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT), to ensure customer satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate engineering, purchasing, planning, and production activities to meet customer requests and ensure timely project implementation.
  • Communication: Be the focal point of communication with customers for in-charge projects, responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation: Monitor and ensure all necessary documentation is received from customers to successfully launch new products and make changes to existing products.
  • Profitability: Ensure profitability of the Program under charge, supervising various activities of the Program and Planning teams.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance to contract and/or customer-specific requirements/Statement of Work (SOW) and responsible for documenting additional agreements not included in the contract.
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain business relationships, maximizing customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Seven to ten years of relevant experience, preferably in a related environment and program management skills, with two to three years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Good interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels, including senior management, customers, suppliers, and factory personnel. Numerically inclined with strong logical thinking and business acumen. Proven experience managing a team and being a team player with a well-developed leadership style and mature personality.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of SAP is preferred, and understanding of the business and ability to forecast revenue and control costs, ensuring compliance with the quote and contract agreements.
Working Conditions

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment, requiring extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements are frequently required.
