The role of the CMO Mexico Business Partner is to serve as the primary strategic interface between the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and commercial leaders in Mexico. This position requires establishing a cohesive and integrated CMO model for the local commercial organization, ensuring operational excellence across CMO verticals to drive business growth.

This position involves orchestrating CMO capabilities aligned with business priorities, facilitating effective communication across the CMO, International Commercial Organization (ICO), and Commercial teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for escalating critical situations to Local Management and CMO Vertical Leads.

Responsibilities
  • Trusted advisor and strategic partner:
    • Possess a comprehensive understanding of business priorities and desired outcomes.
    • Provide valuable insights and leverage CMO capabilities to address growth challenges and opportunities.
    • Proactively anticipate business needs and enhance agility, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Develop and implement commercial excellence strategy:
    • Translate business priorities into actionable deliverables using CMO expertise.
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of CMO strategic imperatives, current and future capabilities.
    • Communicate value to key stakeholders and ensure timely awareness and alignment with business priorities.
  • Drive 'One CMO' approach:
    • Lead an integrated CMO Collective Advantage Forum at the market level.
    • Lead and coach local Commercial Operation direct reports to perform duties effectively.
    • Act as a country site leader for CMO, providing leadership advice and mentoring.
