About the Role

Elettric 80 Mexico is a leading provider of solutions that optimize the value chain of companies in the consumer products business. We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct day-to-day operational support for the Spare Parts Department
  • Coordinate spare parts inquiries from customers, including quotes, orders, and shipping
  • Work closely with the purchasing manager to assist in sourcing and coordinating shipments
  • Prepare and send order confirmations, shipping documents, and pro-forma invoices
  • Arrange returns and replacements under warranty, repair, or delivery issues
  • Check and correct stock discrepancies
  • Prepare proactive Recommended Spare Parts offers and quotes for customers
  • Field customer calls and troubleshoot spare parts problems
  • Build strong relationships with customers and work closely with the Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Requirements
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Analytical and detail-oriented nature
