Drive Sales Success as a National Sales Manager

At Michael Page, we're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our nationwide sales team. As a National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customer accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Sales Team Management: Experience managing high-performing sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the metal mechanic industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
