**Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Risk Analyst to join our team at Chubb. As a Cyber Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our Third-Party Cyber Risk programme, ensuring the effective management of third-party risks and maintaining the highest standards of information security.
Key Responsibilities
- **Develop and Enhance the Programme**: Develop and enhance the Third-Party Cyber Risk programme, progressing currently identified and future improvements to make the function more effective and efficient.
- **Risk Assessments and Management**: Conduct risk assessments of Cloud providers, identify, track, and manage issues and control deficiencies relating to Third Parties, and liaise with business owners to support remediation activities.
- **Inventory and Issues Management**: Maintain and manage the Information Security Third Party Inventory and the Issues Register in coordination with the Enterprise Risk Management strategy and approach.
- **Assessment and Oversight**: Perform Third-Party Cyber Risk assessments initiated by business, execute, manage, and oversee performing Third-Party assessments meeting applicable SLAs.
- **Policy and Procedure Review**: Review information security policies, standards, guidelines, and baselines in place and being developed.
- **Reporting and Support**: Assist with internal security reporting, including steering committees and updates for senior management, and provide support to the TPCR Regional Lead and engage with the wider information Security team.
Requirements
- **High-Level Business Acumen**: High level of business acumen, preferably in a regulated/financial industry.
- **Information Security Experience**: Five + years of information security experience with a focus on risk assessments and controls, governance, risk management, program development, compliance, and/or auditing.
- **Expert-Level Knowledge**: Expert-level knowledge of both the business and technical aspects of information security, including third-party security risk and European data protection regulation.
- **Analytical and Decision-Making Skills**: Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze complex business processes and technologies to make sound recommendations to non-technical constituents.
- **Risk-Based Analysis**: Strong risk-based analysis and decision-making skills.
- **System Administration**: eGRC system or similar system administration experience a plus.
- **Agreement Review**: Experience reviewing, and redlining agreements is a plus.
- **Interpersonal and Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and conflict management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient use of personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
