We are seeking a skilled HR professional to manage all relevant HR processes for our Cluster North of Latam. The successful candidate will ensure that interacting HR functions are effective in support of the business and fully aligned with local and global processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and document all HR processes, including the full employee life cycle
  • Process payroll together with a 3rd party provider
  • Apply local and global HR & Compliance guidelines and support their implementation
  • Deliver professional support for regular processes, such as merit increase, bonus, Personnel Planning, Performance Evaluation, Talent Review, Development Plans, Succession Plans, Critical positions, etc.
  • Support the local implementation of operative and strategic HR tools
  • Support managers and employees in all HR matters
  • Keep functional management and employees informed on all relevant HR matters
  • Administer international assignments inbound and outbound
  • Prepare package proposals for new hires/promotions in accordance with local C&B and in line with existing local and global guidelines
  • Coordinate labor relations, including general advice on legal requirements
  • Deliver requested reporting to HR and Finance, including budget processes and HR Analytics

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist - Mandatory
  • University degree
  • Business acumen and process / quality orientation
  • Good experience in local labour law
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and social security - Mandatory
  • Sound knowledge of HR administration processes - Mandatory
  • Broad Microsoft Office know how
  • Advanced and fluent English, written and oral - Mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
