Grove Acquisitions is a prominent real estate investment group based in New York. Our focus is on acquiring targeted properties at scale, covering various property verticals such as multifamily, affordable housing, new development, and healthcare.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team. This full-time role will involve booking meetings with institutional property owners through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, as well as maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to identify and execute on key issues and opportunities to drive business growth.
Key Qualifications
- Exceptional English skills, including pronunciation, vocabulary, and tonality
- Marketing, sales, communication, or related university background graduates
- Strong communication skills and vocal volume
- Experience in the real estate or related industry is a plus
Work Details
The work schedule is 9:30 AM EST to 6:30 PM EST, with a virtual office setup. The role requires attending the Kumospace environment during working hours.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly compensation is between $1250 and $1500 USD. A commission structure based on meetings booked and deals closed provides additional incentives.
