Strategic Partnership Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Growth Manager to join our Channel Partner team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and scale partnerships that drive business referrals to Remofirst.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring partners across various segments, including VCs/PEs, PEOs, Finance and HR Professionals, HCM and HRIS. They will also close, manage, and enable partners to successfully refer clients to Remofirst.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build strong relationships with partners to ensure successful collaboration and client acquisition
- Create and implement co-marketing initiatives, such as events, webinars, and content sharing, to promote Remofirst's value proposition
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive channel referral growth
- Travel to attend events and meetings to support partnership development
- 4+ years of experience in partnership roles, preferably in HR tech or fintech
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to write compelling email copy and sequence campaigns to activate partners
- Strong presentation skills to effectively represent Remofirst to partners
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing business
- Experience in HR tech, startups, or fintech industries
- Familiarity with startup environments and hyper-growth scale
