Drive Operational Excellence at Charger Logistics

We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team in our Queretaro office. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing lean initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement throughout the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop project plans, and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects to drive operational excellence and process improvement
- Identify areas for improvement and conduct analysis to develop project plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve project goals
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and strive for operational excellence
Requirements:
- Advanced English is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt, Yellow Belt)
- Proven experience managing Lean Six Sigma projects
- Proven experience in warehouse and shops projects
- Strong knowledge and application of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and drive change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
