Job Summary

Charger Logistics Inc. is a leading asset-based transportation company with a strong commitment to operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team in Queretaro, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects to drive operational efficiency and process improvement
  • Identify areas for improvement and conduct analysis to develop project plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve project goals
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and strive for operational excellence

Requirements

  • Advanced English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt, Yellow Belt)
  • Proven experience managing Lean Six Sigma projects
  • Proven experience in warehouse and shop floor projects
  • Strong knowledge and application of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and drive change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
