About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Entry & Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Dandy. As a key member of our order entry department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lab management software and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate our lab management software to intake and update orders for a variety of dental products in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance workflow, equipment, and capacity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and technology issues in a timely manner
  • Uphold strict standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality products and efficient scalability
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address bottlenecks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Passion for tackling problems and breaking them down into smaller manageable steps
  • High level of comfort with digital tools and technology
  • Very high attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Team player attitude and willingness to help others
  • Natural curiosity and ability to learn new concepts, tools, and workflows quickly
  • Strong self-motivation, self-direction, and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication and listening skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a dental lab, specifically in an order entry department
  • Familiarity with dental lab management software, specifically Labtrac
  • Outstanding professional references to share
  • Relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and ability to have fun at work
