Offboarding Operations Management Specialist

The Senior HR Generalist is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of vendor employees in an effort to provide offboarding operations support services in coordination with other operational support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Operations Support department through management and processing of tasks and responsibilities for multiple teams engaged in offboarding activities.
- Monitor operational results, ensuring quality and efficiency on procedures.
- Contribute to development of new techniques, models, and plans within area of expertise.
- Facilitate alignment of the Operations Support infrastructure through focused technologies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations through the evaluation and implementation of appropriate control and testing measures.
- Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of information and in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures in complicated and unique situations.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
- Performs vendor management activities (Execution of controls, Payment activities, Contribution to BAO on vendor administrative activities).
- Contribute with any internal Risk and Control requirements.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage teams.
- Knowledge of applicable México Employment laws.
- Working knowledge of industry standards and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements, creation of process flows and processes documentation.
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Proven organization and time management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
