**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Cancun, Mexico. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Operations Support Team Manager with various administrative tasks and responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage petty cash transactions and perform cash reconciliations.
  • Perform daily office facilities maintenance, including office supplies, building maintenance, and reception services.
  • Provide support to TUI Reps in destination, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, including flights, HR, documents, tasks, visas, and payment cards.
  • Assist with device management, registering devices for reps, and resolving queries related to setup and connection.
  • Place orders and deliver uniforms to reps or destination staff, and assist with contracting staff accommodation and car rental.
  • Conduct health and safety checks for staff accommodation at the initial and final setting of the season.
  • Support Operations Support HUB with local staff commissions and source market support related to destination queries.

  • Good administration skills, strong planning, and organizational abilities, with confidence in technology.
  • High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
  • Genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality.
  • Culturally intelligent individual, with exceptional dealing with ambiguity, within a global perspective, and a multinational environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
  • Collaborative team player who wants to learn, grow, and embrace the digital culture.
