Automotive Solutions Manager and Service Expert

Revolution is seeking an experienced Automotive Solutions Manager and Service Expert to oversee the operations of Dealer service centers, focusing on increasing the functionality of services and repairs.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing the operations of multiple Dealer service centers, ensuring alignment with the brand service model.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales and customer service, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and experience with operational software platforms and sales CRM programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base within defined areas.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals for the assigned territory.
- Verify and confirm that authorized service centers comply with the brand service model.
- Provide on-site and online training for all product lines of the brand.
- Certify that dealer service center staff are properly utilizing the internal system.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to prospect, discover, and close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service skills, resolving customer issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Drive key metrics within customer satisfaction and retention goals.
- Contribute to management on industry trends within the territory.
- Deliver automotive technical support and establish relationships with strategic distribution partners.
Requirements:
- College degree preferred.
- Three to five years of proven success in direct sales and customer service.
- Experience in the automotive industry essential.
- Two years of experience with operational software platforms such as SAT.
- Two years of experience with sales CRM programs.
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
- Frequent periods of driving, standing, or sitting with some opportunity to move around, or occasional bending or lifting of light material (generally under 8 lbs.).
Salary: $30,000 - $32,000 (fixed and variable) Monthly
Location: Merida, Yucatan
