**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team at Cs Enterprises At ConnectNet in Mérida, Yucatán. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Spanish and English-speaking customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Customer Service: Respond to customer queries and requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Bilingual Communication: Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, translating when necessary, to ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services.
- Data Recording: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats.
- Customer Education: Provide information about our products and services to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with other departments to address customer issues, ensuring that our customers receive a consistent and high-quality experience.
**Requirements:**
- Bilingual Fluency: You must be fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with our customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and empathy skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Problem Solving: Ability to find solutions to complex customer issues, using your analytical skills and knowledge of our products and services.
- Flexibility: Availability for rotating schedules and weekends to ensure that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it.
