Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our influencer marketing efforts in Mexico. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with social media influencers across various platforms, negotiating contracts, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing budget allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search, identify, and negotiate partnerships with top influencers on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Twitch, and Twitter.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for influencer marketing campaigns, aligning brand positioning with influencer audience demographics.
  • Analyze channel efficiency, track statistics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with social media influencers, with a strong understanding of negotiation strategies and contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze campaign metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher), with proficiency in Spanish.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
