We are seeking a bi-lingual CRM Manager (Spanish / English) to lead our team of CRM professionals at Match Consulting. This role will report into the Head of CRM and will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain customer relationships, drive sales, support, and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer engagement/acquisition strategies in line with the company's marketing and financial objectives.
- Use CRM tools to create audience segments to target relevant cohorts with appropriate campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and negotiate multiple digital campaigns with third parties where necessary.
- Build and manage campaigns with messaging to customers or clients customized according to lifecycle stage and engagement level.
- Leverage industry-leading marketing technology to drive results.
- Adopt a Test & Learn approach to campaign development, carrying out regular A/B and multi-variant testing.
- Analyze data from retention marketing campaigns and report performance insights to recommend improvements.
- Develop overall business operations and awareness campaigns, overseeing performance analysis and updating where necessary.
- Develop creative briefs and assign to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets.
- Assist and advise on personalized targeting and content when required.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, direct marketing campaign execution, and analytics.
- Experience in loyalty program management is a plus.
- Experience with various email marketing platforms, including Exact, Target, now called Salesforce Marketing Cloud 2.0, and triggered email programs such as Journey Builder, Pardot, etc.
- Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and integration of CRM with broader traditional and digital marketing efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and understand relational data.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/processes at one time.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams.
