Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Solutions Professional to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting healthcare providers with life-changing medications, expanding our reach and positioning Ruby as a leader in the wellness industry.
Your Responsibilities
- You will cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other business partners, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within the healthcare sector and converting them into successful partnerships.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations, tailoring your approach to address client needs and showcase the value of our wellness products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans, achieving or exceeding targets.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams, staying up-to-date on industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and emerging trends affecting sales performance.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare or a related field.
You must possess exceptional phone-based communication skills, fluency in English, and the confidence to engage with diverse healthcare professionals.
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential, along with proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
