We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team at Southend Pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach and positioning Ruby Management Services as a leader in the wellness industry.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare by connecting providers with life-changing medications that improve patient outcomes. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other B2B partners, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting new B2B opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct virtual sales presentations and phone-based product demonstrations, tailoring the message to address client needs and showcase the value of our wellness products.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed targets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or a related field.
  • Exceptional phone-based communication skills and fluency in English, with the confidence to engage with diverse healthcare professionals and present solutions effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ideally GoHighLevel, project management tools like Clickup, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate: $5 - $7/hour, comprehensive benefits package including performance bonuses and PTO, and comprehensive training and support.
