Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Business Specialist to join our team. As a Key Business Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and administrative teams at key accounts, with the goal of driving sales of our Aesthetic portfolio. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute local strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit selected healthcare professionals to provide consultation services for aesthetic business development, identifying opportunities and creating strong relationships to understand their needs and potential.
  • Develop action plans to meet sales targets, improving customer attention, communication, advertising, and patient follow-up to maintain or grow key accounts.
  • Establish a lasting commercial relationship focused on promoting and selling Aesthetic portfolio products based on consumer needs and highlighting their characteristics and benefits.
  • Execute local strategies established by the Marketing area to achieve Aesthetic business objectives.
  • Collaborate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of strategies to increase Aesthetic business efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on function results and explain deviations.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales, preferably with 3-5 years of experience in the medical aesthetic, dermatology, or medical devices industry. A bachelor's degree in a medical or biological field is required, and intermediate-level English is a must.
