About the Role

The Program Administrator for Corporate Card Services at American Express plays a critical role in supporting our colleagues nationwide with various administrative tasks related to their corporate card. This includes issuance, general inquiries, disputes, limits, frauds, and other related matters.

Main Responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for American Express colleagues related to Corporate Products
  • End-to-end card issuance process, including follow-up on cards in process, providing information on benefits and corporate card topics, requesting and following up on card replacements, and remediation of delinquent cards and blocked cards
  • Receiving requests for waiving interest and delinquent fees, annual fees, and obtaining the necessary approvals to process these requests
  • Keeping card member listings updated, including new accounts, cancelled accounts, and changes to legal entities or cost centers
  • Upgrading card members according to band or level, reviewing and supporting credit limit changes, and ensuring compliance with current American Express policies related to Corporate Card usage
  • Creating spending analysis for the company to provide key information to procurement, accounts payable, and other teams, as well as completing other processes
  • Administration and custody of responsive letters signed by colleagues
  • Monitoring the gasoline card program and managing the conciliation of the TICKETCAR CPC (gasoline card)
  • Working closely with the contractor assigned to the TicketCar program and with the teams involved in audits or testing products

Requirements

  • Identifies needs and requirements, solves problems with a strong focus on details, and is result-oriented
  • Has experience managing customers, is analytical, and has strong communication skills
  • Capable of working under pressure and making decisions and escalating when needed
  • Works with tight adherence to processes with a high quality and Control & Compliance
  • Proven knowledge about Commercial Servicing processes for the Mexico market
  • English level: Intermediate - advanced
