Program Administration & Control (PAC) Team Overview

The Givex PAC Team is responsible for collaborating with clients, providing administrative support, and ensuring the accuracy of their data. Our team members are deadline-driven and efficient individuals who excel in routine duties, processes, and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with major clients to support the management of ongoing programs, including order vetting, processing, script checking, client implementation, ACH management, franchisee administration, card fulfillment, third-party coordination, and escalated technical support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Givex operations teams: Product Development, Accounting, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Client Services.
  • Take direction from Product Development Managers on ongoing projects and execute assigned tasks to support clients.
  • Support the card production life cycle, from receiving orders to fulfilling cards in a timely manner.
  • Learn the scope of existing products and practices to proactively assess the impact of any problems that may arise with standardized processes.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and live/real-time system cut-over processes.
  • Ongoing manual intervention, monitoring, control, troubleshooting, problem analysis, and administrative table updates.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners (banks, fulfillment organizations, card production manufacturers, etc.).
