**Upwork Managed Services Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support for our Upwork Managed Services programs, working closely with internal teams and external workers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Actively communicate with internal teams and workers to provide recommendations on process improvements.
  • Reach out to cross-functional teams as needed to leverage the Upwork platform for various tasks.
  • Monitor Work Diaries, pull reports on specific data points, and audit payroll worker timesheets and their Managed Services contracts.
  • Handle customer support inquiries and escalate to the proper team when necessary.
  • Compose internal correspondence, conduct video calls, and maintain program documentation using document management best practices.

**Requirements**

  • Strong work ethic, clear communication, and people skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of operational best practices and ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
