Test Systems Engineer Specialist

Bosch México is seeking a highly skilled Test Systems Engineer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Support New Product Introduction: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into our production environment.
- Develop Instructions and Procedures: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Test System Specialist: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, participate in Lean Manufacturing 5S activities, and ensure adherence to DMD, VVT, and general specifications.
- Support Quality/Customer Audits: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with quality and customer requirements.
- Support Fixtures and Tools: Design, validate, release, and implement fixtures and tools to optimize production processes.
- Validate New Part Number Implementations: Ensure smooth integration of new part numbers into our production environment.
- Eliminate Non-Valued Added Activities: Identify and eliminate activities that do not add value to our products or processes.
- Maintain Communication with CN Colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues in Mexico to understand changes and new requirements.
- Ensure Participation in Global Process Meetings: Share lessons learned and best practices with global teams.
- Identify Gaps and Improvement Opportunities: Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement, providing training to engineers and technicians to address these gaps.
- Support Optimization of Test Programs: Introduce Advanced Automated Systems (AAS) to improve test efficiency.
- Support Improvement of Test Procedures: Collaborate with teams to enhance test procedures and reduce cycle time.
- Further Improvement of Testing Technology Departments' Work Processes: Cooperate with LP testing technology and business division improvements to optimize work processes.
- Provide Support for Engineers in the Related Testing Area: Collaborate with engineers to address customer claims and special concessions.
- Introduce New Test Processes: Implement new test processes in accordance with our existing test strategy.
- Authority and Responsibility to Prevent Nonconformity: Identify and record problems related to vision system technology safety and quality system, initiate or recommend solutions, and verify their effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics/Electronics
- Advanced English Language Skills
- 3+ Years of Experience in Test System Area
- Deep Knowledge of Electronic Diagrams Interpretation
- Knowledge of Bench Top Test Equipment
- Knowledge of Communications Protocols (CAN, LIN, SWD)
- Experience in Traceability Systems and Databases
- Experience in Design, Development, Fabrication, Assembly, and Test of Power Electronics or Analog Hardware
- Basic Knowledge of Vision System (Keyence, Cognex)
- High Knowledge of IPC Standards IPC-A-610-F
- Interpretation of Technical Drawings
- Knowledge of Traceability Systems (MES, MIS)
- Knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electrical, and Mechanical Systems
- Deep Knowledge of MSA and SPC
- Knowledge of C++
- Knowledge of Next Software (Gaudi, QPDB, Depterm, Scout, LogExplorer)
