Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all amenities and supplies are replenished.
  • Clean and maintain bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items, and make beds to a high standard.
  • Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items from guest rooms.
  • Check that all appliances are present and in working order in guest rooms.
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting, to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report any maintenance problems or safety hazards.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional at all times.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance, and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
