We're seeking a dynamic Employer Branding Strategist to spearhead campaigns showcasing WTW's authentic, curious, and bold culture and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing, excellent content creation skills, and strong analytical skills.

Job Description

The Employer Branding Strategist will develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. They will create engaging content tailored to different social media channels, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for better results.

The successful candidate will conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy for maximum impact, analyze campaign metrics, and adjust strategies as needed. They will also oversee job board postings and sponsored ads, produce high-quality content, and track performance.

In this role, you'll work independently and collaboratively to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. You'll be proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, and have a strong understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing paid social media, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent content creation skills with a creative flair.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
