SAP Mexico Early Career Talent

SAP is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Solution Support Early Career Professional. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop your technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize and improve state-of-the-art collaboration channels to enhance team productivity.
- Contribute to team KPIs and require competence with various tools, procedures, and programming languages.
- Develop technical skills, including reading code, debugging, and creating small corrections.
- Test internal systems to prevent future issues on customer systems.
- Deliver core customer support and handle customer issues in team environments and individual-driven actions.
- Take ownership of customer support cases in different channels and provide end-users and customers with a technology-driven, industry-leading support experience.
- Become an active KCS Knowledge contributor and create knowledge documents, tools, and processes to support customers and colleagues.
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer and proactive support and incident prevention activities.
- Stay curious and open to new experiences, while learning through daily tasks and targeted trainings.
- Be actively on the forefront of industry technical and functional knowledge.
- Actively support SAP's Support transformation strategy and contribute to innovation projects aimed at achieving our Vision and Goals.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate of an academic/university program (less than 2 years from graduation).
- Language requirement: English (Verbal & Written, ideally B2 & Above), Spanish (Fluent), Portuguese (Bonus, but not required).
- Solid communication skills and technical proficiency in at least one expert area.
- Demonstrates ability to receive open and honest feedback, works independently, and has a positive team influence.
- Understands the Product Support Strategy.
