Job Title: SAP Early Career Talent - Solution Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Early Career Talent to join our Solution Support team in Monterrey, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize and improve state-of-the-art collaboration channels to provide timely and effective support to customers.
  • Contribute to team KPIs by identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop technical skills through training and hands-on experience to become proficient in various tools, procedures, and programming languages.
  • Test internal systems to prevent future issues on customer systems and deliver core customer support.
  • Handle customer issues in team environments and individual-driven actions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of customer support cases in different channels and provide end-users and customers with a technology-driven, industry-leading support experience.
  • Become an active KCS Knowledge contributor by creating knowledge documents, tools, and processes to support customers and help colleagues prevent future issues.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and proactive support and incident prevention activities.
  • Stay curious and open to new experiences, while learning through daily tasks and targeted trainings.
  • Actively support SAP's Support transformation strategy and contribute to innovation projects aimed at achieving our Vision and Goals.
What You'll Bring:
  • Recent graduate of an academic/university program (less than 2 years from graduation)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Technically proficient in at least one expert area and ability to receive open and honest feedback
  • Positive team influence and understanding of the Product Support Strategy
  • Excellent presentation skills and good technical consulting, analysis, or troubleshooting skills
  • Project management skills and ability to address and manage through ambiguous situations
  • Programming knowledge in SQL and knowledge with technical file manipulation (e.g., txt, csv, and macro-enabled files)
  • Drive to learn, develop yourself, and growth
