About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Venafi. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our machine identity management solutions by our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer adoption and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on the use and implementation of our machine identity management solutions
  • Identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Monitor and analyze customer health and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software customer experience management
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Knowledge of machine identity management and security solutions
