Key Responsibilities:- Drive orders growth within a defined geographical territory, representing all technologies across the Rosemount portfolio.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and/or expand our presence at existing accounts.
- Develop leads and new accounts in concert with the business development managers sales team.
- Capture market and price growth within the territory.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction within the territory.
- Manage CRM opportunity funnel for the territory - load opportunities, track progress, maintain timely updates, quote, and ultimately close.
- Contribute additional details to CRM around Leads, Accounts, and Contacts.
- Develop & execute customer seminars (training, hands-on application workshops, etc.) to support the overall region.
- Proactively expand application and technology knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Control, Electric, Industrial, Chemical, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment and in the industrial/manufacturing market.
- Outside sales experience with industrial products.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities (English).
