About the Role

The Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for developing control frameworks for all business processes, defining risk taxonomy, determining critical risks, testing controls that mitigate detected risks, and establishing mitigation actions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal control and operational risk management, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or engineering is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with Word, Excel, email, and Internet.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to take charge, and complete objectives, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including effective speaking before groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain control frameworks for all business processes
  • Define and document risk taxonomy to identify key risks
  • Determine critical risks and test controls to mitigate them
  • Establish mitigation actions and monitor their effectiveness
  • Maintain an updated inventory of current findings and risks
  • Ensure compliance with internal control standards published in ISACA
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or engineering
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in internal control and operational risk management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with Word, Excel, email, and Internet
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to take charge and complete objectives

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
