- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure with other systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to network infrastructure and operations, ensuring easy access to critical information.
- Participate in network security initiatives and ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices related to networking, applying knowledge to improve network design and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or CCIE, or equivalent level from other vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing next-gen wireless networks.
- Previous experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Lead Engineer for Cisco Wireless.
- Familiarity with RF planning and capabilities of performing site surveys using tools like Ekahau, AirMagnet, etc.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex network issues.
- Proficiency in creating architecture documents, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Technical Skills
- Working experience with a wide range of Cisco and Meraki wireless products.
- Experience with Cisco AireOS and Catalyst Controllers.
- Network management platforms like Cisco Catalyst Center (D-NAC) and ISE.
- Ability to act as a SME for Wireless domain and lead key projects and initiatives.
- Experience operating high-density AP and client deployments.
- Ability to perform passive and active wireless site surveys, using tools like Ekahau.
Language Skills
- Business fluent in English (written and spoken).
Additional Information
- Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure automation using Python, Ansible, and Restful API is a plus.
