As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent systems service and operational support to ensure our systems are functioning optimally. This includes executing system maintenance, testing, data checks, and managing user access for assigned systems and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities- Under supervision, execute People systems administration activities such as system maintenance, system testing, data checks, and managing user access for assigned systems and workstreams.
- Participate in user acceptance testing during system implementations and upgrades.
- Maintain standard and ad-hoc reports from People systems.
- Work with end users to troubleshoot issues and provide 1st Line Support for systems queries.
- Help maintain training materials and user guides; update as required to ensure documents are up to date.
- Support governance of people related data within systems and undertake data cleansing tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of data and People systems security is maintained at all times.
- Provide systems and technology support to the wider PSC team on projects.
- Identify and suggest improvements to current processes through better use of technology.
- Maintain technical skills and education.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to respond to requested changes and identify system configurations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to focus on customer needs and requirements to determine solutions.
