About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Jellyfish, a global digital marketing agency. As a key member of our Performance Media team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance media strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, promotions, and new product development, to understand client needs and priorities.
  • Represent the Performance Media team in campaign planning, ensuring seamless integration with wider media plans.
  • Work closely with in-house and agency channel experts to construct strategic responses that achieve campaign objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional discussions and internal/agency collaborations to ensure successful delivery.
  • Perform BAU tasks as agreed with the Performance Team Lead and work collaboratively with internal and agency counterparts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance media planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
