Training and Development Coordinator

**Job Summary**
This role is responsible for overseeing all training and development initiatives within the Canadian, US, and Mexican markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult education and experience in training and development within the railway industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Manage training budgets and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of training programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with training providers and vendors to ensure high-quality training services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
**Requirements**
- University degree or diploma in adult education or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development within the railway industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.
