This role is responsible for overseeing all training and development initiatives within the Canadian, US, and Mexican regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult education, instructional experience, and management expertise, preferably in the railway industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and training providers to design and deliver training content.
  • Ensure consistency in training design and delivery across all regions.
  • Provide leadership and administrative support to the training team.

Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in Adult Education or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in T&E, with a minimum of 2 years in instructional roles.
  • 5+ years of management experience, preferably in the railway industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
